holy cow. it is POURING. well, it's actually not pouring at this very moment. but it has been pouring since around 2pm (it's 10:30pm now). we already have an inch of water in our basement. and andy has removed probably more than 50 gallons of water and it's not showing any signs of stopping.
as you can see from the map on the right, the first band of yellow/red (read: heavy) rain has passed us by, but we've still got another band of heavy rain and then more rain to come after that!
and there are tornado warnings for a couple of counties around us?! this is pennsylvania, people!
hopefully, i won't be swimming in my basement tomorrow!
(in other news, my parents are in town this weekend. i saw them friday night and then again today. we've got plans to see them tomorrow morning for a pancake breakfast event... hopefully we can get over there!)
